You know how to mobilize people for your cause like no other.🌈✨🛫 As this communication archetype in particular, you experience time and again that people simply come to you and want your support or help - no matter if you are really the right person for the job.🪝 The Teamleader in particular is THE projection screen among the 8 communication types, even if others may seem more suited to this role.🪞
The reason for this is simply that you naturally radiate a leadership role and you often simply embody it - sometimes even without having any clue about your effect on others.😅 People trust you more quickly than others and they like to expect you to do what they consider impossible for themselves. And this is exactly where this projection thing comes from.👥 You are not here to fulfill expectations and take responsibility for them.✋
Rather, it is you creating the framework that enables your customers to take responsibility for themselves and see their potential not just in others but in themselves.😮🌱🌺
Cersei Lannister (Game of Thrones)
Samwise "Sam" Gamgee (The Lord of the Rings)
Those who know growth and development inevitably also get to know stagnation - and the frustration that comes with it.🔒⛓️😑 Just because the Teamleader is a very strategically acting communication archetype who is firmly attached to his or her processes (after all, a team is a group 😉), it is his or her kryptonite when the projection wears off and, for example, when customers or followers persist in doing nothing, break off or repeatedly fall back into the helplessness of the victim role.🫥🪨🕳️ It is not uncommon for the Teamleader to become a strange mixture of superhero 🐱🏍 and villain👹 who has to stand up against the angry mob. To avoid this, this digital communication archetype tends to adapt to the circumstances and wishes of its communication partners (#PeoplePleasing⚖️) or it falls completely into its own rebellion (#BitchMode😈).
In short, it is particularly important for you as a Teamleader to clearly know your values, your goals and also your no-gos in order to develop a communicative framework in which your customers and fans can develop freely.🧭🗺️🙂
You're probably already asking how you can proceed with this information in the next step.😘 The best thing to do is to take the next 30 minutes to really define the values that are important to you as a person and as an entrepreneur. 📄✍️ What values do people need to bring to the table so that you can provide a healthy basis for them? 🧱 And what are issues or behavior patterns where you know immediately that you won't get any further together? 🥶 What is your specific goal for your collaboration with your customers - and allow yourself to be really, really, REALLY honest with yourself?
At first glance, this goal might sound ridiculous or maybe too small for you.😶🍂 But that's not the point. Any goal is fine. Because now you can check for yourself whether it fits in with your values and whether it actually fits in with the way you and your customers are currently set up.💍😊✨
